Discovering an authentic Venice
Casa Nicolò Priuli is located in the historical center of Venice, a short walk from Piazza San Marco and a few minutes from Rialto, where the old commercial heart of Venice still beats, along the haberdasher shops and on the stalls of a lively and colorful market.
You can reach all major attractions in Venice from the rooms of Casa Nicolò Priuli. These include the Bridge of Sighs, The Dodge’s Palace and the Basilica of San Marco, and, the artworks of the Dalmatian School, the Church of San Zaccaria and the Church of Santi Giovanni e Paolo are in the vicinity. In the surrounding streets there is a myriad of old bacari (taverns) and restaurants that offer the best of typical Venetian cuisine, serving snacks and fish-based menus, accompanied by a glass of white wine or the traditional spritz.
After passing the wonderful Piazza San Marco and taken a stop in one of its historic cafes, via XXII Marzo offers shopping in the boutiques of major Italian and international designers, not far from the La Fenice Opera House.
How to reach us
Casa Nicolò Priuli is five minutes away from the San Zaccaria stop, from which waterbuses depart in the direction of the Biennale and the island of Lido, navigate the picturesque Grand Canal and, in less than half an hour, take you to the train station and car terminal at Piazzale Roma.

- By bus Line 5 to Piazzale Roma, then waterbus Line 1 to the 'San Zaccaria' stop (about 80 minutes)
From San Zaccaria, near the Vittorio Emanuele monument, take the underpass to Campo San Zaccaria; after passing the square, you will find yourself in Campo San Provolo; turn right and go straight to the Ponte del Diavolo bridge. Casa Nicolò Priuli is on the right, near the Ponte dei Greci.
